One solution to this problem involves changing the system file intlcorestrings.js, which appears to contain all of the string constants for InfoPath Forms Services. This file is located in the following directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\INC\intlcorestrings.js
